First Time Setup of ProCure 2

First Time Setup of ProCure 2

Define a Workspace

Find a level, stable surface for ProCure 2, located near your printing workspace. Since ProCure 2 is part of your 3D printing workflow, we recommend designing a workstation and placing ProCure 2 immediately after your Pro Wash/Dry or comparable wash station. Ensure ProCure 2 is in a well-ventilated area, away from extreme temperatures, windows, bright UV lights, and direct sunlight.

CAUTION: Hot air exhausts through ventilation located on the back and bottom of the ProCure 2. Do not obstruct!

Plug in and Power-On ProCure 2

Plug ProCure 2 into a reliable, stable power source. A surge protector or uninterrupted power supply is recommended. Flip the power switch located on the back of ProCure 2 to turn on the touchscreen computer. Once Pro Cure as booted up, it will display available resin curing profiles.

Select Language

Select the language you wish to use with the ProCure 2:

Connect to a Wireless Network

During the First Time Setup, the ProCure 2 will ask you to select a local Wi-Fi network:

You can also select the Wi-Fi icon at the top of the touchscreen to access the available W-Fi networks:

Click on a network ID/name to input the password:

The ProCure 2 only connects to 2.4GHz WiFi networks. If you do not see your network available on the list, it's possible that your network is configured to the 5GHz channel. Speak with your IT personnel about adding a 2.4GHz channel to your WiFi network.

Using the Curing Tray

Install the Curing Tray if you have not already:

CAUTION: Models inserted into the ProCure 2 cannot exceed 3" (75mm) in height. Refer to the height limit indicator on the Curing Tray to ensure optimal performance.

Now you are ready to begin curing your models!
