Setting up Pro Cure

Setting up Pro Cure

Please follow the step-by-step guide below to set up your Pro Cure.

1

Define a workspace

Find a level, stable surface for Pro Cure, located near your printing workspace. Since Pro Cure is part of your 3D printing workflow, we recommend designing a workstation and placing Pro Cure immediately after your wash station. Ensure Pro Cure is in a well-ventilated area, away from extreme temperatures, windows, bright UV lights, and direct sunlight.

2

Plug in and power-on Pro Cure

Plug Pro Cure into a reliable, stable power source. Flip the power switch located on the back of Pro Cure to turn on the touchscreen computer. Once Pro Cure as booted up, it will display available resin curing profiles.

3

Prepare Pro Cure

Once printed parts are fully washed, place them inside the curing chamber and close the UV door. Due to powerful UV light emitting from the LED light arrays inside Pro Cure, the process will not begin until the UV door is fully closed. This is for your safety.

4

Operating Pro Cure

Use the touchscreen to select the correct material profile and press start. Pro Cure may need to warm up for a few minutes before the UV lights start to shine.
