How to print from raw scan data
With RayWare Cloud automation, you can trim, base, and close intraoral scans. This is useful if you need to quickly print a waxup, study model, or a model for a clear retainer.

Select the ‘Dental Model’ print job type

Check that the ‘Auto Mesh Repair’ feature is enabled.
This feature should be on by default, and is required to repair a raw intraoral scan.

Upload raw scan as an STL file
RayWare will automatically detect raw intraoral scan data. It will trim the model, add a base, and prepare it for printing.

Print your model
Once your model has been based and trimmed, you can send the job to your printer just like any other print job.
