Incompatible printer error when sending designs to RayWare Cloud

We moved the printer selection process from Cloud Design to RayWare Cloud to reduce the steps in the ordering process.

What Changed?

  • Your files automatically move to RayWare Cloud when you click 'Add to Print Job'

  • Pro95 S is set as the default printer, which can cause an error if you're using any other printer

How to Fix - Select Your Printer

  1. Sign in to RayWare Cloud and find the print job

  2. Click on the 'Print Setup' tab.

  3. Change the 'Printer Type' selection to match your printer model.

  4. Confirm by clicking 'Save Changes'.

You're now all set to print with your chosen printer!
