Overview
This integration enables direct transfer of cases from AS Connect to SprintRay Cloud, streamlining the workflow from scanning to printing with minimal manual steps after initial setup.
Install SprintRay Cloud Plugin
- Launch AS Connect local client and log in with your account.
- Navigate to the main menu and select Apps.
- In the Apps list, find SprintRay Cloud and click Install.

- Wait until the installation is completed.
Send a Case to SprintRay Cloud
- Open the case you want to send to SprintRay Cloud.
- Click the SprintRay Cloud icon in the top toolbar.

- The case will automatically open in your default web browser and launch the SprintRay Cloud interface.
Authorize SprintRay Cloud (First-Time Users Only)
- If this is your first time using the integration, an authorization window will appear.

- Log in using your SprintRay Cloud account credentials to complete the authorization process.

Select and Upload Files
- In the SprintRay Cloud dialog, select all files you want to send.
- Click Confirm to start the upload process.

- Wait until the data transfer is completed.
Complete Printing Workflow
- Once the upload is finished, an 'Upload completed' dialog will appear.
- Click Print to proceed.

- You will be redirected to the SprintRay Cloud page to complete the remaining printing steps.
