You can view the cost of each Treatment type at any time by viewing your Plan details for your Dashboard account.
The Plan details you selected can be viewed at any time by selecting the Plan section under the Payment and Plans section of the drop down menu for your account. To view, click on your Profile icon at the top right of the Customer Portal when logged in
On the Plan page is where the cost for each appliance type is listed
When you scroll down, you will see a list of the prices for each
