To calibrate your printer's dimensional accuracy, select dimensional accuracy calibration from the printer menu. Select automatic calibration, as manual is only recommended for advanced users.
The dimensional accuracy calibration prints out a small box. Place calipers into the notches of the box and measure the dimensions of this calibration model. Enter the x and y dimensions into RayWare. For accurate calibration, you must post-process this piece in a manner consistent with the pieces you are calibrating for. Make sure that you clean, cure, and sanitize the calibration piece the way you would a model of that resin type.
Return to the calibration screen with your recorded measurements and enter them into the corresponding fields.
With dimensional accuracy calibration, you can also recalibrate manually. This means you can enter how much you’d like to rescale all pieces with that profile in the future. You can print any calibration piece you want in conjunction with the manual test. This is only recommended for advanced users.
