Screen goes black when printing

If your screen goes black when you're attempting a print, you may have MoonRay's projector improperly set up as your primary display. When this is the case, your MoonRay may move as though it is printing, but you will not see any results.

If this happens, double check that your computer's monitor is listed as your primary display.

Primary display settings on Mac

  1. Open System Preferences, then click Displays.

  2. Click Arrangement, then drag the white menu bar to your computer's main monitor or display.

  3. A red box will appear around your primary display. Make sure this is your computer's monitor and not MoonRay's RayOne projector.

Primary display settings on PC

  1. Open your display settings by clicking Start, then Control Panel, the Appearance and Personalization, then Personalization, then Display Settings.

  2. In the Monitor tab, click the monitor icon that refers to your computer's main monitor or display.

  3. Make sure the box next to "This is my main monitor" is checked.
