Issues Connecting to your Printer? How to allow RayWare through your Firewall

If you're having issues connecting to your SprintRay printer from your Windows Computer click the

"Windows Button" -  mceclip1.png

 

 

 

1.) Type "Firewall" into the search bar

Click the option that says "Allow an App Through Windows Firewall" mceclip0.png


After that a

In Allowed Apps and Features Scroll down to RayWare

Make sure all boxes next to RayWare are selected.

If they are not selected, click Change Settings mceclip3.png
Then put check marks in all boxes for RayWare

Select OK and your printer should be able to connect. If it isnt, you may want to give us a call or contact your Network Administrator
