Automatic Dimensional Accuracy Calibration

To calibrate your printer's dimensional accuracy, first confirm that you are satisfied with your printer's current Tolerance calibration result, then select dimensional accuracy calibration from the Fine Tuning menu. Choose automatic calibration.

The dimensional accuracy calibration prints out a small box. Place calipers on top of the ledge on the box and measure the dimensions of this calibration model. Enter the x and y dimensions into RayWare. For accurate calibration, you must post-process this piece in a manner consistent with the pieces you are calibrating for. Make sure that you clean, cure, and sanitize the calibration piece the way you would a model of that resin type.

Return to the calibration screen with your recorded measurements and enter them into the corresponding fields.
