The first step when you contact support should be to download the Diagnostics Report for RayWare or your printer, depending on which one you need assistance with.
In RayWare, you can go to Help then Get Diagnostics:
From here you can download the diagnostics for RayWare or for one of your printers:
Once you click Download it will ask you to choose a folder to place the diagnostic files into:

Printer Diagnostics will give you three files like so:
These can be attached to an email and sent to support to help speed up the resolution time for any issues you may encounter!
