Printer and Computer on Same Network

If you’re not able to find SprintRay Pro or Pro S and you are using RayWare Desktop, first check that your computer and printer are on the same network.

 

Note: when using RayWare Cloud, the printer and computer do not have to be on the same network. Log in to RayWare Cloud

 

Check Printer Network

On the SprintRay Pro or Pro S you’re trying to print with, check the home screen to view the name of the network.

Check Computer Network

On Mac

If using an Apple computer, click the WiFi button in the top right corner of the screen. The connected network will appear with a blue WiFi symbol next to it.

On PC

If using a Windows computer, click the WiFi button in the bottom right corner. The connected network will be highlighted in blue and will display the status, ‘Connected.’

Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble getting your computer and printer connected to the same network, contact your IT professional for support.
