RayWare Cloud takes the effort out of preparing your files for print, by automatically nesting them in the most optimal position for printing.
To begin, select Surgical Guide, Printer type, No for Auto Mesh Repair and Material type.
Once you have verified your selections, you can drag and drop your STL files or click Browse to locate them in your file viewer. Select Next.
Before proceeding, rotate the view to the underside of the model and check the support strand placement.
For best results, Surgical Guides should not have support tips on the edge or shoulder of the implant sleeve holes, as this will interfere with proper fitment of the sleeves and guides
To modify the support structures, click on the Supports dropdown menu on the right, and click Add/Remove Individual Supports.
The blue dots on the model surface indicate where supports will be placed. Click on the model surface to add a support, or click on a blue dot to remove.
Once finished, click Confirm Changes.
Next, verify the correct resin and layer thickness have been selected. We recommend printing Surgical Guides with 100 Micron Layer Thickness.
To start the print job, click Send to Printer. Select the correct printer and Send to Queue.
