Manage your personal details, business information, account preferences, and billing settings directly within SprintRay Cloud.

Overview

The Profile Management section in SprintRay Cloud provides a centralized location to update your information, manage account preferences, and review payment or credit activity. These settings help ensure your workflows, billing, and communications run smoothly. To access Profile Management, log in to SprintRay Cloud and click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the navigation bar.


Personal Information

This section allows you to keep your personal and professional identity current. You can update:

• Profile image
• First and last name
• Dental license number and issuing country

Accurate information ensures that your treatment submissions, design approvals, and CE credits remain correctly attributed to you.


Account Preferences

Account Preferences

Customize your experience in SprintRay Cloud by selecting:

Language — Supported languages include English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and others.
Dental Notation — Choose between UTN (Universal Tooth Numbering) or FDI.

You may also export your account data or permanently delete your account from this area if needed.

Business Information

Maintain your practice details for accurate billing, communication, and shipping. You can edit:

• Business name
• Region
• Address (street, city, state, country, ZIP code)
• Phone number

Keeping this information updated ensures that shipments, invoices, and printed appliances arrive at the correct location.

Privacy Preference

This setting controls whether SprintRay Support can access your print status and system reports during troubleshooting.

• Customer Support Visibility is off by default for privacy.
• Enabling it allows support agents to diagnose printer or cloud issues more efficiently.

Notifications

Choose which email alerts you receive:

• Treatment updates
• Print job completion notifications

These preferences allow you to stay informed without cluttering your inbox.

Password

Reset your SprintRay Cloud password securely at any time through this section.
 

Subscription & Payment

Manage billing methods and promotional activity:

• Add or update payment cards
• Enter promo codes or view active and redeemed codes
• Review billing history, including patient ID, treatment type, date, amount, and links to invoices or receipts

Credit

Track and manage your available SprintRay account credit:

• View credit balance and activity
• See refunded credits (shown as “adjustments”)
• Identify credits applied to specific invoice
