Suggestions are targeted messages displayed on your SprintRay Cloud Home Page. They highlight new products, services, promotions, or features that may be useful based on how you use SprintRay Cloud. Some Suggestions include promotional codes that can be claimed instantly and automatically added to your account.

Viewing and Claiming Suggestions

When you log in to SprintRay Cloud, the Suggestions section appears directly on your Home Page. If a Suggestion includes a promotional offer, you can claim it in one step.

• Click Claim to activate the promotion.
• The associated code or discount is automatically added to your account.
• A confirmation message will appear once the offer has been applied.

Suggestions update regularly, so new opportunities may appear as your workflow changes.

How Suggestions Are Chosen

Suggestions are personalized to match your activity and usage patterns. Examples include:

• Introductory offers for new users
• Reminders about features you haven’t used recently
• Promotions related to materials, resins, or treatments you commonly use

Each Suggestion is curated to help you get more value from your SprintRay system.
