SprintRay Cloud Live Chat FAQ

SprintRay Live Chat provides real-time messaging with a human Lab Support Agent for Cloud Design assistance.

Overview

SprintRay Live Chat allows you to communicate directly with a human Lab Support Agent for questions related to Cloud Design workflows. It is available at chat.sprintray.com and through the chat icon on the lower right corner of the SprintRay Cloud homepage. An AI Assistant appears first to help with common questions and will connect you to an agent when needed.


What Is Live Chat?

Live Chat is a real-time conversation with a SprintRay Lab Support Agent. It is designed for assistance with design service workflows, incluing case submissions, product information, and case status updates.

Note: Live Chat does not provide technical support for hardware or software issues. For printer troubleshooting, contact SprintRay Support at support@sprintray.com or 1-800-914-8004.

How Live Chat Works

To start a Live Chat session:

• Go to chat.sprintray.com
• Type “live agent” or “human agent”
• The AI Assistant will confirm your request and route you to an available agent

If no agent accepts your request within 8–10 minutes, the AI Assistant will offer alternative contact options such as SprintRay Support or callback scheduling.

Who Live Chat Is For

Live Chat is available exclusively for Cloud Design support. Common topics include:

• Questions about case submission
• Information about supported treatments
• Checking the status of an existing case

Tip: You can use Live Chat even if you are not currently working on an active design case.

Who the Live Chat Agents Are

Live Chat sessions are staffed by SprintRay Lab Support Agents. These are members of the design services team who specialize in Cloud Design workflows and case-related assistance.

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT

Account Requirement

A SprintRay Cloud account is required. You must be logged in before starting a Live Chat session.

Limitations

Please keep the following in mind:

• Refreshing your browser will restart the chat session.
• Live Chat is limited to Cloud Design support and does not cover:
– Printer troubleshooting
– Connectivity or networking issues
– Print Setup in RayWare Cloud
– SprintRay Store orders
