Overview

Once a treatment has been designed by SprintRay Cloud — whether created by AI or a human designer — you must review and approve the case before any printable files can be accessed. Approval finalizes the design and unlocks download and print options.

Step 1: Open the Case

Navigate to the Design tab in your SprintRay Cloud account.
From either the Treatments list or your Patients page, select the case you want to review.
This will open the treatment details and load the design preview.
 

Step 2: Review the Design

A full 3D preview will appear on your screen, allowing you to inspect the restoration or appliance from every angle.

During the review, you can:

• Rotate and zoom to examine margins, contacts, anatomy, or appliance fit
• Request a revision if adjustments are needed
• For night guard cases, request Print & Ship if you prefer SprintRay to manufacture and deliver the appliance

Note: Design files cannot be downloaded until the case has been formally approved.

Step 3: Approve the Treatment

When you are satisfied with the design, click Approve Treatment.
This finalizes the case and signals that the files are ready for production.

Once approved, the treatment can no longer be edited unless you request a new revision.
 

Step 4: Access the Files

After approval, you can immediately:

• Download the design files to your computer, or
• Send them directly to Print Setup for in-office printing

Your approved files will also be saved to your Cloud Drive for future access.
