Overview

SprintRay Cloud is the central hub for managing your digital dentistry workflows. With a single login, you can submit design cases, prepare print jobs, manage patients, organize files, and oversee your production process across all SprintRay devices. Creating an account is quick, straightforward, and required before using Cloud Design, Cloud Drive, or integrating your printer into the cloud platform.

Steps to Create a New SprintRay Cloud Account

1. Go to dashboard.sprintray.com
2. Click Create Account
3. Enter your name, email address, and password, then click Next
4. Provide your dental office details:
   • Company name
   • Phone number
   • Preferred language
   • Business address
5. Review the Privacy Policy and click Next to accept
6. Add a credit card to enable design service purchases
   • Or click Set Up Later if you prefer to add payment details at another time
7. Check your email inbox for a verification message
   • Click the verification link to activate your account
   • If the email does not appear, check Spam or Trash folders
8. Return to dashboard.sprintray.com and sign in using your verified credentials

Once your account is verified, you’ll have immediate access to Print Setup, Cloud Drive, and your treatment planning workspace.

Special Account Types

DSO User Accounts

Some Dental Service Organizations, such as Aspen Dental or ClearChoice, manage SprintRay Cloud users through single sign-on (SSO).

If your organization uses SSO, contact your DSO administrator to receive login credentials or activation instructions. Accounts cannot be created manually outside your organization’s SSO system.

Nightguard.com User Accounts

Accounts created through Nightguard.com receive access to a limited set of design services:

• Nightguards
• Retainers
• Models

These accounts do not include:

• Full SprintRay Dashboard access
• Print Setup
• Cloud Drive
• Additional appliance treatment types

To upgrade a Nightguard.com account to a full SprintRay Cloud account, contact your SprintRay representative or reach out to Customer Support.
