NanoWash: Platform vs Basket Wash

Learn about the differences between platform and basket wash on the NanoWash

Overview

NanoWash fully submerges and agitates parts in IPA for a thorough clean. This allows the IPA to reach areas between and inside printed geometries that splash-only systems cannot. At the end of every cycle, the sealed chamber dries parts automatically before the lid can be opened.

Platform washing on NanoWash is compatible with the NanoPrint build platform, Pro 2, and Pro S Arch Kit build platforms. Place a compatible build platform inside the wash chamber.

  1. Open the wash chamber lid.
  2. Ensure the basket is not installed. Remove it if present.
  3. Place the build platform inside the chamber.
  4. Close the lid.
  5. Use the touchscreen to start washing.

Basket Wash

Use the basket to wash parts removed from any build platform, or parts printed on non-compatible printers.

  1. Open the wash chamber lid.
  2. Remove the platform if present.
  3. Place parts in the basket and lower the basket into the chamber.
  4. Close the lid.
  5. Use the touchscreen to start washing.
