Overview
Before shipping ProWash/Dry, the unit must be fully drained, cleaned, and secured using the original packaging materials. Failure to properly prepare the device may result in shipping damage or solvent leakage. This guide outlines the required steps for safe packaging.
Important: Contact Customer Support before shipping your unit. Support will provide a return shipping label and return order(RMA) number.
Drain the Wash Chamber
- Navigate to Settings on the touchscreen.
- Select Force Drain to empty the wash chamber.
Note: If the touchscreen is unresponsive, manually dry the wash chamber using paper towels.
Empty the IPA Tanks
- Use the drain hose to empty both IPA tanks completely.
- Dry any remaining IPA inside the tanks using paper towels.

Clean and Dry the Unit
- Thoroughly wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces.
- Confirm the entire unit is clean and completely dry before packaging.

Plug IPA Entry Holes
If available, reinstall the original entry hole plugs to prevent leakage during transport.

Secure Internal Components
- Reuse the hydrometer rod foam inserts to secure the hydrometers inside the IPA tanks.
- Remove the wash basket from the chamber.

Pack the Unit
- Wrap the unit in the original black nylon bag, if available.
- Place the unit inside the original shipping box with foam inserts.
- Ensure the front of the unit is facing the front of the box.
- Insert the top foam securely.
- Close the box flaps.
- Seal the front, left, and right sides with heavy-duty packaging tape.
- Confirm the bottom of the box is fully sealed.
The unit is now ready for shipment!
