If the wash chamber lid or IPA tank lid becomes cracked, loose, or damaged, it should be replaced to maintain proper sealing and safe operation. This guide outlines how to remove and reinstall each lid.

Wash Chamber Lid Replacement

Before You Begin

Make sure the wash chamber is empty.

1. Navigate to Settings on the touchscreen.
2. Select Force Drain if any IPA remains inside the chamber.

Remove the Lid

1. Open the wash chamber lid fully.
2. Firmly pull the lid away from the hinge.
3. The lid will separate from the hinge with moderate force.

Install the New Lid

1. Align one side of the hinge with the hinge mount.
2. Apply steady pressure to snap the opposite side into place.
3. Confirm the lid opens and closes smoothly.

IPA Tank Lid Replacement

Before You Begin

Make sure the wash chamber is empty.

1. Navigate to Settings on the touchscreen.
2. Select Force Drain if necessary.

Remove the Lid

1. Open the IPA tank lid.
2. Pull the lid away from the hinge until it separates.

Install the New Lid

1. Align one side of the hinge.
2. Press firmly to snap the other side into place.
3. Confirm proper alignment and smooth operation.

After replacement, ensure all lids close fully and create a secure seal before operating the device.
