Pro Wash S: Propeller Replacement

A step-by-step guide for replacing the wash chamber propeller assembly.

Overview

The propeller assembly is essential for effective mechanical jetting inside the ProWash S. If you suspect you need a new propeller assembly please contact support for a replacement. This guide outlines how to safely remove and install a replacement propeller assembly.

Replacement Process

1. Clean the Wash Chamber

Before beginning, ensure the wash chamber is clean and free of solvent.

• Drain any remaining IPA using the drain hose.
• Wipe the chamber thoroughly, paying special attention to the area around the propeller hub.
• Make sure no debris remains that could interfere with installation.

2. Remove the Old Propeller Assembly

A. Locate the Propeller Assembly
Identify the propeller at the base of the wash chamber.
Find the two 2.5 mm hex screws securing the assembly.

B. Unscrew the Assembly
Use a 2.5 mm hex wrench to remove the two screws.
Keep the screws — you will reuse them.

C. Remove the Propeller
Pull the assembly straight upward to remove it.
A gentle rocking motion may be necessary if the fit is tight.

D. Remove the Gasket
Take out the rubber gasket seated under the assembly.

3. Install the New Propeller Assembly

A. Seat the New Gasket
Place the new rubber gasket into the assembly key at the bottom of the chamber.

B. Align and Insert the Propeller
Align the decoupler on the replacement propeller with the motor shaft.
Press the propeller into place. Slight force may be required to fully seat it.

C. Secure the Assembly
Reinstall the two hex nuts using the 2.5 mm hex wrench.
