Overview

Regular software updates ensure your ProWash S operates reliably, efficiently, and with full compatibility across SprintRay workflows.  Keeping your unit updated is an important part of routine maintenance.

How to Update the ProWash S Software

1. Open Settings
On the touchscreen, navigate to Settings, then select Software.

2. Enable Automatic Updates (Recommended)
If Automatic Updates is turned off, toggle it to On.
This allows ProWash S to install new firmware automatically when the unit is idle. Updates will not interrupt ongoing wash cycles.

3. Check for Available Updates
In the Software menu, your device will display whether an update is available.
If one appears, tap Update Now.

4. Review Release Notes (Optional)
Tap Release Notes to view details about the update content.

5. Download the Update
A progress bar will appear while the update downloads.
Do not power off or unplug the unit.

6. Install the Update
Once the download is complete, tap Install.
The ProWash S will apply the update and restart automatically.

7. Confirm Successful Installation
Return to Settings → Software to verify that the latest version number is displayed.
