NanoCure is SprintRay’s next-generation post-curing device, engineered specifically for digital dentistry workflows. It combines high-intensity dual-wavelength light, controlled heat, and cloud-connected intelligence to deliver fast, consistent curing without the need for nitrogen.

Key Capabilities

Fast Post-Curing

NanoCure is designed to dramatically reduce post-curing time while maintaining clinical-grade results. Most appliances cure in just a few minutes, helping shorten time to delivery without sacrificing quality.

Dual-Wavelength Light Output

NanoCure uses a combination of 365 nm and 385 nm LEDs to optimize both surface and volumetric curing. This approach improves mechanical properties, reduces surface tackiness, and supports consistent biocompatibility across indications.

Controlled Thermal Curing

An integrated thermal system regulates chamber temperature during curing. Heat works in tandem with light exposure to drive complete polymer cross-linking, resulting in stronger, more durable printed parts.

Nitrogen-Free Workflow

NanoCure eliminates the need for nitrogen tanks. SprintRay materials are formulated to work directly with NanoCure’s light and heat system, simplifying post-processing and reducing equipment complexity.


How NanoCure Works

NanoCure’s curing process is built around three complementary technologies:

  • Surface curing (365 nm light) delivers high-energy exposure to fully cure exterior surfaces, eliminating tackiness and supporting biocompatibility.
  • Volumetric curing (385 nm light) penetrates deeper into the printed part to ensure internal cure consistency.
  • Controlled heat accelerates polymer chain reactions, maximizing final mechanical strength.

An optimized internal light layout delivers uniform exposure across the entire curing chamber, ensuring reliable results regardless of part placement.
