Adding A Firewall Exception for RayWare

For PC users there is a default security setting that may prevent RayWare's attempts to find your printer.

If you cannot see your printer in RayWare after connecting it to the same network as your computer, try checking your firewall settings. Type the word "Allow" in the search bar next to the start button and Windows will suggest "Allow An App Through Windows Firewall".

This will open a list with all programs installed on your computer. Click the "Change Settings" button and scroll down the alphabetized list until you see RayWare, check all the boxes next to it and press "OK".

 

Close and reopen RayWare and try connecting again.
