Installing SprintRay in 3Shape Communicate
Before you begin, please note that all connection requests need to be sent by the company account. If you are a member of a company, ask the company account owner to submit
- Launch 3Shape Communicate, then go to the 3Shape Store.
Use the search function to find SprintRay - Official Account.

2. Click ‘Install'.

Activating the integration in Your SprintRay Workspace
- Sign in to your SprintRay workspace or sign up for free if you don’t have an account.
Click the cloud icon in the top right, then select "Integrations" from the left navigation menu. (You can also use this link to go straight there.)

2. Find 3Shape Communicate and click ‘Set Up Now.’
Follow the instructions onscreen to log in to your 3Shape account and complete authentication.

3. Confirm the integration is active, checking for the green ‘Connected’ chip.

Sending a Scan to SprintRay
- Start a new case. Under ‘Scan & Send,’ select ‘SprintRay’ as your destination.

2. Before you scan, check the box for ‘Scan only.’ You have to select a delivery date, but this information is not used by SprintRay.

3. When you’ve completed your scan and make any desired cleanup/edits, click the ‘Send’ button.
You’ll get a confirmation message when the file transfer is finished.
Note: Patient information is not passed from 3Shape to SprintRay at this time


4. To access your files, click the cloud icon in the upper right, then go to the ‘Home’ or ‘Integrations’ tab.
When ordering a treatment, use the ‘Cloud Drive’ button to quickly view your integration files.
