Canceling a Design Service Case

Design service cases can only be canceled during the earliest stage of the workflow.

How to Cancel:
• Open the case from the Design tab.
• On the treatment page, click Cancel Treatment.
• If eligible, the case will cancel immediately and a refund will be issued automatically.

Eligibility Requirements:
• The case must be in New status.
• If the case status has already moved to In Progress, the design work has begun and the case cannot be canceled.

Canceling an AI Design Service Case

AI design services follow slightly different rules, allowing cancellation after initial design files are generated.

How to Cancel:
• Open the case from the Design tab.
• Click Cancel Treatment on the treatment page.

Eligibility Requirements:
• AI cases may be canceled while the case is in Needs Approval status.
• Once the initial AI-generated design is Approved, the case becomes final and can no longer be canceled.
