Continue Treatment Feature

Learn about the Continue Treatment Feature.

Overview

Continue Treatment allows SprintRay users to build on a previously completed SprintRay Design Service case—such as a Smile Design or Surgical Guide—by upgrading to an additional, related treatment.

This feature links multiple design services together, ensuring consistency in aesthetics, occlusion, and overall treatment planning.

By using the Continue Treatment option, your new case will automatically reference the design data from your original submission, allowing for a seamless continuation of care.

How Continue Treatment Works

1. Submit your initial design service case

  • Start with any supported design service, such as Smile Design or Surgical Guide.
  • Review and Approve the design proposal once complete.

2. Select “Continue Treatment”

  • Choose to Continue Treatment from your approved case.
  • Available upgrade paths include:
  • Hybrid Denture
  • Veneers
  • Implant Restorations
  • Cemented Restorations
  • Nightguard

3. Linked cases are automatically referenced

  • The new case is linked to your previous one in the Design Service portal.
  • Your designer will review all linked designs to maintain aesthetic and functional consistency.

4. Receive a discounted design fee

  • A small discount is automatically applied to the upgraded treatment’s design fee as a courtesy for linked cases.

Examples of Continue Treatment Workflows

Smile Design → Veneers
Use your Smile Design as a visual and functional reference when ordering a veneer design.

Smile Design → Cemented Restorations
Maintain the same smile line, midline, and incisal edge positions established in the Smile Design phase.

Surgical Guide → Implant Restorations
Design restorations that align precisely with the guided implant positions from your previous case.

Hybrid Denture → Nightguard
Create a protective nightguard that fits over a hybrid denture after delivery.
