Why Updating Matters

Updating the ProCure 2 ensures it stays compatible with the latest workflows and materials while improving stability and performance. Regular updates also reduce the likelihood of errors during the curing process.

How to Update the ProCure 2 Software

• On the touchscreen, tap the Software tab.
• If Automatic Updates is turned off, toggle it to the On position.
  This allows the ProCure 2 to install updates automatically overnight when released. Updates will only install when the device is idle, preventing interruptions to curing workflows.
• If a new software version is available, tap Update Now.
• Tap Release Notes to view details about the update.
• The ProCure 2 will begin downloading the update. A progress bar will appear and fill as the download completes.
• Once the download finishes, tap Install.
• Do not turn off or unplug the device during installation. It will automatically restart when the update is complete.
• After the restart, return to the Software tab to confirm the update was successfully installed.
