How to Perform a Hard Reset

Overview

A hard reset is recommended if your equipment becomes unresponsive, fails to connect to the network, behaves unexpectedly after a software update, or is having projector issues. Follow the steps below to perform a hard reset. 


How to Perform a Hard Reset

  1. Press the power button on the back of the device and select Power Off on the touchscreen.
  2. Once the device is fully powered off, unplug the power cord from the back of the unit.
  3. With the power cord unplugged, press and hold the power button on the back of the device for 30 seconds, then release.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the device.
  5. Press the power button to turn the unit back on and allow it to fully boot to the home screen before use.
