Overview
The Pro 2 Arch Kit is designed for small-batch and restorative printing. It increases print speed, reduces resin consumption, and provides a durable printing surface that supports a wide variety of appliances. The kit includes a smaller build platform and compact resin tank engineered specifically for restorative applications.

What the Arch Kit Includes
- Arch Kit build platform (hard anodized aluminum)
- Arch Kit resin tank (reduced-volume tank)
These components replace the standard Pro 2 platform and resin tank when faster, more material-efficient printing is desired.
Why the Arch Kit Matters
The Arch Kit is optimized for speed and material preservation, making it an ideal solution for offices and labs that frequently print:
- Restorations (crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers)
- Night guards and occlusal appliances
- Denture bases and denture teeth
- Surgical guides
- Hybrid denture components
- Small production batches or single-patient cases
The compact build area allows the Pro 2 to print many indications up to two times faster compared to the Standard Kit. By reducing the tank volume and platform size, the Arch Kit helps streamline restorative workflows and enables significantly faster print cycles.
When to Use the Arch Kit
The Arch Kit is recommended when:
- Printing restorative appliances that benefit from shorter print times
- Using ceramic or filled resins that may corrode standard aluminum surfaces
- Running single-patient or small-batch prints where minimizing resin use is important
- Chairside workflows where speed, efficiency, and rapid turnaround are priorities
The Standard Kit remains better suited for large builds, study models, or multi-patient batching.
Installation
Installing the Arch Kit is simple:
- Remove the Standard Kit platform and resin tank.
- Install the Arch Kit build platform onto the Z-arm.
- Place the Arch Kit resin tank into the tank cradle.
- Assign the correct resin when prompted on the touchscreen.
No calibration is required beyond the standard Pro 2 tank detection workflow.
Using the Arch Kit in Print Setup
In Print Setup:
- Choose the Arch Kit as the selected print kit if prompted.
- Orient models and restorations within the smaller build area.
- Confirm correct resin and tank assignment before sending the job.
Because the build area is smaller, print times are shortened for many restorative indications.
