Overview
ProCure 1 includes predefined curing profiles designed to match specific SprintRay and partner resins. These profiles automatically control light intensity, wavelength, heat, and duration to ensure proper polymerization and optimal mechanical properties. Using the correct profile is essential to avoid under-curing, brittleness, discoloration, or compromised performance.
This article explains how to load prints and select the correct curing profile.
1. Place Parts Inside the Chamber
Place printed parts inside the ProCure's mirrored curing chamber, leaving space between each print. The mirrored interior and high-powered LED array ensure uniform light distribution.
Avoid stacking parts or placing them too close together, as this can interfere with proper curing.

2. Select the Correct Material Profile
From the main menu, scroll through the available materials until you locate the resin used for your print. It is critical that the selected curing profile matches the printed resin exactly.
After selecting and confirming the correct resin, the ProCure will begin heating. The device may require a brief warm-up period to reach the proper curing temperature before the cycle begins.

3. Close the Chamber Door and Begin Curing
Ensure the chamber door is fully closed. For safety reasons the ProCure will not begin curing unless the door is properly secured.
Once curing starts, a countdown timer will appear on the touchscreen. When the cycle completes, parts are fully cured and ready for placement or additional finishing steps in accordance with the material’s Instructions for Use and Workflow Guide.
