Smart Job Handoff is a cloud-connected feature within the SprintRay ecosystem that automatically transfers job information between devices. When a print is completed, the system communicates the appliance type and workflow requirements to compatible wash and cure units, ensuring the correct post-processing profiles are ready without manual setup.

This feature reduces setup time, minimizes errors, and helps maintain consistent results across printing, washing, and curing.

How Smart Job Handoff Works

When all devices are signed into the same SprintRay Cloud account and connected to a network, Smart Job Handoff operates automatically in the background.

The workflow follows this sequence:

• A print job completes on a SprintRay printer
• Job details, including appliance type and material, are sent to SprintRay Cloud
• Connected post-processing devices receive the job information
• The appropriate wash and cure profiles are prepared automatically

Once the job is handed off, the next device in the workflow displays the job in its queue and prompts the user to proceed.
