This article outlines how to properly package your ProCure 2 for return or service. Always contact SprintRay Customer Support before shipping your unit. Support will confirm next steps and provide a return shipping label if required.

Packaging Steps

Requirements

• Original ProCure 2 packaging box with foam inserts
• ProCure 2 unit
• Curing tray 
   

Move LED Module to the Shipping Position

Restart the ProCure 2 and wait for the LED arm to move toward the right side of the chamber. Once the arm reaches the right side, immediately power off the unit and unplug the power cord. This positions the LED module correctly for shipping.
 

Remove and Set Aside the Curing Tray

Open the drawer and remove the curing tray. Set it aside for later placement in the packaging foam.
 

Secure the LED Module

If available, insert the LED module arm protection foam by sliding it into place from the right side, as shown in the reference image. Once the foam is fully seated, close the curing drawer to secure the LED arm.
 

Wrap the Unit

If included, place the ProCure 2 inside the original black nylon bag. Carefully lift and position the wrapped unit inside the shipping box, ensuring the red door is facing the front of the box.
 

Insert Top Foam and Tray

Place the top foam insert into the box. Insert the curing tray into the designated foam slot, making sure it is oriented correctly and fully supported.

Seal the Box

Close the front flaps of the box and seal the front, left, and right sides using heavy duty packing tape. Ensure the box is fully secured before shipment.
