Overview

Properly packaging the Midas is essential to prevent damage during transit. Contact Customer Support before sending in a Midas for service. The support team will provide an official return shipping label.

Follow the steps below to prepare the unit for return or repair service.

1. Open the NanoCure and remove the glass plate.
   
    
2. Power down the unit by pressing the power button on the back, then use the touchscreen to turn your printer off.
   Once the unit is fully powered off, disconnect all cables from your Nanocure.
    
3. Place the power supply into the slot into the empty slot located in the lower portion of the packaging foam.
    
4. Place the Nanocure in its original packaging with the LCD facing upwards.
    
5. Place the glass plate in the empty slot located at the top of the top foam insert
    
6. Close and seal the box securely. Apply all relevant shipping labels to the package.
