NanoCure Won't Sign Into My SprintRay Account

Learn what to do if your Nanocure is not connecting to a SprintRay Account.

Overview

NanoCure 2 requires an active internet connection and connection to a SprintRay account to access cloud features such as software updates and smart job handoff. If the device is unable to sign in or connect, the steps below can help identify and resolve the issue.

Check Internet Connection

Verify that NanoCure 2 is connected to an active network.

  • Navigate to the Connectivity page on the touchscreen
  • Confirm the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network
  • If not connected, select an available network and complete the connection process

A stable internet connection is required for cloud services to function properly.

  • Re-attempt sign-in after verifying credentials
  • If necessary, sign out and sign back in using the same account associated with the rest of the SprintRay ecosystem
