Trouble Connecting your Printer?

Try this solution

Check that your printer is connected to the internet

For RayWare Cloud to find your printer, it must be connected to the internet.


Check Network Connection

Go 'Settings' -> 'Connectivity'

Check that your printer is connected to a Local Network through a Wireless or LAN connection.

If it is not, connect it now.
